Graduate Solutions were retained to advise on marketing strategy and design a programme of campus events to support their hiring needs for 2008 (intern and full time). A series of focused research interviews were conducted with the 2007 candidate pool, to ascertain the perception of WestLB amongst the student population. Following this marketing materials and events were re-engineered to focus on core USPs of the bank.
