Graduate Solutions were commissioned to assist with an entry level programme of recruitment. Applications to the firm were screened by our team, telephone interviewed and then invited to attend a highly interactive assessment day in London. The day included a bespoke fund management simulation, numerical and verbal reasoning tests and high level presentations from the business.  Our team organised and acted as assessors, test administrators and managed the wrap up/results process at the close of the day. Following the assessment day, which will be repeated every few months to ensure an ongoing pipeline of new talent, we delivered detailed feedback to all candidates participating.
