Madeleine’s career spans 9 years specialising in financial and professional services. She began her career as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen, delivering audits and special projects for investment banks, fund managers and venture capitalists. From there she moved into recruitment and selection including interns, graduates and experienced hires in financial services and wider commercial specialisms. Madeleine specialises in volume recruitment campaign design and delivery including all aspects of assessment and selection. Madeleine has experience of competency development; and design and delivery of web-based and classroom interview training. Madeleine has also worked as a learning and development specialist at Ernst & Young with focus on graduate and leadership development; particularly experiential learning through secondments and competency-aligned learning through corporate social responsibility activities.
Madeleine has a degree in Mathematics and is ACA and BPS Level A qualified. She is also a psychotherapist in training.
