Jacquie has had an extensive and varied HR Career spanning ecommerce, software, campus career services and investment banking. She began her Graduate Recruiting career on the campus side at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. While at the University of Michigan, Jacquie managed relationships with consulting and financial services firms hiring from the top ranked business school. Jacquie counseled both graduate and MBA students on the interview process and networking while also facilitating on-campus interviews.
After two years working on the academic side, Jacquie then moved to Deutsche Bank where she worked primarily on graduate and MBA recruitment for the Corporate Finance and Global Markets divisions. As an Assistant Vice President she developed and fostered global recruiting relationships with top-tier business schools including planning of marketing events, facilitating interview schedules, and offering and closing applicants. Jacquie consulted with senior business representatives to determine appropriate recruiting strategies to meet hiring needs for the Analyst and Associate Training Programs. Jacquie also designed and managed the Corporate Finance Summer Associate Program.
Jacquie holds a Business degree with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California.
