Rachel began her Investment Banking career with Salomon Brothers, now Citigroup, in 1997 working as Assistant to the European Head of Human Resources. She then moved into Campus Recruitment with European responsibility for Graduate and MBA Recruitment for the Corporate Finance division. Rachel joined Deutsche Bank in July 2000 with global responsibility for the design and management of Analyst and MBA recruitment into Risk Management, Controlling, Global Banking, Human Resources and DBeVentures. More recently, she held the position of Vice President and was responsible for recruiting from BA, MBA and IIM (Indian Institute of Management) schools into Global Markets.

Rachel managed the design and implementation of Deutsche Bank's global online recruitment and management information system. She was also a project leader on their global competency review, analysing graduate and MBA selection criteria and processes, in addition to conducting validation studies on psychometric tests used in the selection process.

Rachel holds a degree in Business and Human Resources.
