Lisa has over 12 years experience as a HR and campus recruitment professional within the investment banking and asset management sectors. Her previous roles have included running the global campus recruitment and development functions at ABN AMRO, Schroders and HSBC. Her background also includes significant expertise in the areas of organizational development, change management and generalist HR. Prior to entering the City, she began her career as a graduate trainee with Marks and Spencer.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of campus recruitment and graduate development including best practice selection, graduate marketing and graduate training and coaching. At ABN AMRO she set up the global function from scratch and managed analyst and associate recruitment activities in the Netherlands, the US, India and Asia Pacific. She was also involved in implementing a global application tracking system and outsourcing recruitment administration. As an associate she has worked on a wide range of graduate recruitment and development projects for financial services clients including a recent assignment to design and deliver competency based interview training for a private banking client.
Lisa has a first class honours degree in International Studies and French from the University of Birmingham. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is a qualified OPQ and MBTI practitioner.
