Lisa has 8 years experience in campus recruitment.  She began her career at Mitchell Madison Group, a strategy consultancy, where she recruited consultants from the top European universities and business schools.  She then moved to Jones Day, an international law firm, in 2001, as Graduate Recruitment Manager.  Lisa was responsible for both the attraction and selection of top-tier graduates from a wide range of UK campuses for both permanent positions and internships.  Projects that Lisa has managed have involved the design and implementation of Jones Day’s first online application system, a review of the firm’s graduate selection process and the development of their internship programmes.  Lisa has also assisted on a range of lateral recruitment campaigns.

Lisa holds a degree in French & Italian from the University of Kent.
