Jo’s career in campus recruitment spans 11 years. She began her career working at JP Morgan and then moved onto HSBC Investment Banking & Markets.  During 5 years at HSBC Investment Banking & Markers she worked primarily on Graduate and MBA recruitment. She initially worked on setting up a new recruitment team and introducing formalised undergraduate and MBA internship programmes from scratch.

Jo has worked on all aspects of the recruitment and selection of interns, graduates and MBA candidates for both front and back office. She has also been involved in developing recruitment processes and programmes as well assessment centre design.
Jo now works as an Associate for Graduate Solutions.

Jo is BPS Level A qualified.
