Jenny started a career in recruitment with Reed Employment with a focus on the financial sector. This role continued to develop resulting in Jenny taking on the responsibility of project managing the entire Procurement Agency for Essex area. She then moved to Nomura to take on responsibility for coordinating the graduate recruitment desk. She worked alongside the Learning and Performance team to ensure the successful implementation of the selection process.

Jenny is Level B qualified in Occupational Testing.
