Georgina’s career in campus recruitment spans 9 years. She began her career working at NatWest and then moved onto PwC where she worked primarily on vacation and gap year placement schemes. In 2000 Georgina joined the firm wide recruiting team at Morgan Stanley. During her six years at Morgan Stanley Georgina worked on all aspects of the recruitment and selection of intern, graduate and MBA candidates for a wide range of different business areas. She worked extensively on the management and development of the global candidate tracking system for the European region and also managed various competency and assessment centre design and implementation projects. Georgina now works as an associate for Graduate Solutions.

Georgina has a degree in European Studies and German, is a graduate member of the CIPD and is BPS level B qualified.

Georgina is currently on maternity leave and will return in January 2008.
