Dominique is a legal recruitment specialist with 10 years’ experience at a Magic Circle firm.  She started her career with Linklaters as a trainee solicitor in 1997, qualifying and then practising for a short time as a corporate lawyer.  In 2001 she moved to the firm’s HR department, firstly recruiting qualified lawyers into the firm’s Finance practice, and then going on to head up Linklaters’ London graduate recruitment team.  Later she moved to the firm’s global resourcing team and most recently worked as HR Manager with responsibility for the firm’s 500 partners.

Dominique’s recent move to the Graduate Solutions team brings extensive knowledge and understanding of the legal profession and of best practice resourcing at all levels within it.  Her experience at Linklaters has covered all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from planning resourcing and marketing strategies to handling applications and co-ordinating and developing selection processes.

Dominique speaks fluent French.  She has a degree in French & German from Bristol University and a Masters in Contemporary French Studies from the British Institute in Paris.  She is a qualified (but non-practising) lawyer.
