Dykstra Associates is a boutique Search and Selection company founded in 2004 and focusing on Resourcing and Graduate Recruitment Professionals within the financial markets space. Dykstra Associates frequently provides staff for on-site positions within the Graduate Solutions portfolio but in addition to this we are asked to fill a small number of roles at Associate level and above in Resourcing and Graduate Recruitment Teams.

Because of our specialist knowledge of the marketplace we provide a bespoke, highly targeted approach for clients and a personalised, professional service for candidates. In the last 7 years we have placed staff at Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch (now BAML), Barclays Wealth, Nomura International, HSBC Investment Bank and many more.
